Responsibilities
Providing amazing customer service for Property and Casualty Insurance customers Completing all customer service requests including claims, endorsements, payments, and ID cards
Managing and completing renewals
Providing quotes for prospects
Assisting Producers and Account Managers/ Retention Specialist to respond to service needs of customers
Fostering strong and lasting relationships with Customers, Producers and Account Managers/ Retention Specialist
Participating in scheduled team and office meetings
Providing Account Management backup
Maintaining working knowledge of carrier products and processes
Performing other functions as required

Required
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills, effective time management, and interpersonal skills
Ability to successfully and creatively problem solve and negotiate solutions
Positive thinker, comfortable with fast paced environment
Strong Knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products
Ability to work in a team environment and train others as necessary
Proficiency in Windows, Word, Power Point and Excel (knowledge of working with spreadsheets is required)
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce management system
Active Property and Casualty Insurance License
