Responsibilities

Develop Client Deliverables and Methodology
Curriculum Development: Design and develop engaging, standards-aligned curriculum materials, including lesson plans, assessments, and multimedia resources.
Instructional Design: Apply instructional design principles to create interactive and effective learning experiences that support various teaching methodologies and learning styles.
Evaluation and Assessment: Develop and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of instructional materials and make data-driven improvements.
Continuous Improvement of Client Experience: Uncover trends, patterns, and insights to provide strategic recommendations for current and future client deliverables and overall project methodology.
Continuous Improvement of Materials: Create templates and manage version control of the most up-to-date solutions resources.
Support Delivery of Client Engagements
Collaboration: Work closely with educators, subject matter experts, and instructional technologists to ensure the curriculum is relevant, accurate, and aligned with educational standards.
Professional Development: Build training and support materials for educators on the use of curriculum materials and instructional strategies.
Curriculum and Instruction Subject-Matter Expert: Work alongside the client-facing consultant delivery team and serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams with a clear understanding of client needs and opportunities for our organization to best support a healthy and lasting engagement.
Business Development + Thought Leadership
Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the K-12 education sector and collaborate with the Marketing and Sales Teams to develop innovative solutions to meet evolving client needs.
Contribute valuable thought leadership and expertise to company strategies for client acquisition, including active participation in marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
Conduct research to stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities relevant to our clients and business objectives.
Ability to scope and price various custom curriculum projects and oversee projects to make sure what the client is expecting is what we are delivering.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field
Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably in an educational setting
Proven experience driving results in the K-12 education sector, with expertise in curriculum and instruction, including high-quality instructional materials or curriculum audits
Strong knowledge of instructional design models, learning theories, and educational technology
Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning materials for diverse populations
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and navigate ambiguity to achieve exceptional outcomes
Experience facilitating professional development and strategy sessions, both virtually and in person, for diverse audiences including but not limited to teachers and school/district leaders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Exceptional project management, time management, synthesis, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter
Willingness to travel (estimated 30-50%) for consulting engagements, research, professional development and company retreats
