Responsibilities
Design, implement, and evaluate the curriculum over time.
Ensure the curriculum is aligned with the learning goals.
Strengthen LIPA's internal capacities, including systems for curriculum design, routine research activities, business development, and marketing.
Transfer knowledge and skills to targeted staff.

Required
Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience or master’s degree in public administration, business administration, management, project management or any related field
Experience with adult learning facilitation, with competencies for delivering training for people with various learning styles.
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in curriculum designs and working with learning management platforms (ex. Google Classroom or others)
Good knowledge and experience with leading and managing education and training institutions.
Good understanding and experience delivering training & research activities
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in mentoring and/or coaching
