Responsibilities
Retain customers by fostering sustainable, strategic relationships and leverage those relationships to demonstrate a thorough understanding of customer goals.
Proactively drive renewals motions and leverage contract renewals to positively impact revenue retention and drive growth.
Identify and develop new revenue expansion opportunities within assigned customer base.
Aligning with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful customer outcomes.
Identifies and align key success measures for solutions within account and then manage to the plan.
Demonstrates strong sales aptitude to obtain new product adoption, secure incremental budgets, and drive customer growth.
Stay informed of industry and technology trends. Leverage this knowledge to inform customers and build trust.
Demonstrates effective command of PlanSource products and solutions.
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor by understanding customer goals and delivering value to help customers meet and exceed their goals.
Prioritize customer engagement to maximize revenue growth potential, efficiently uncovering high potential opportunities, and implement customer retention strategies to minimize churn.
Execute renewal and sales motions with excellence to achieve optimal results and outcomes – to include managing proposal creation and delivery, managing customer finalist presentations, coordinating references, and negotiating contracts.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business or Business Administration preferred
5+ years industry experience in areas such as Benefits Administration, HCM, Insurance, Benefits Consulting, or Healthcare.
Proven leader with the company and ability to quickly garner trust and accountability
Ability to manage solution-oriented conversations to deliver complex solutions
Experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and account management
Experience using Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Jira
Ability to be proactive and work individually, but also comfortable in a team environment and collaborative culture.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Proven ability working under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
Ability to always deliver value to customers and colleagues and not be afraid to challenge status quo.
