Responsibilities
Responsible for driving the adoption and success of our products and solutions for our customers.
Working closely with customers and partners to understand their needs, guide them through the implementation process, and ensure they maximize the value of our offerings.
Work closely with internal teams, including Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering, to ensure alignment on customer needs and expectations.
This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, customer service skills, and a passion for problem-solving.
Understand customers' IT environments and business needs to design solutions that ensure seamless integration with our products.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for customer teams to build their knowledge and confidence in using our products, promoting self-sufficiency.
Actively collect customer feedback and insights to identify potential challenges, areas for improvement, and opportunities for product enhancement.
Help to prioritize requests based on customers need.
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting during the setup and adoption stages.
Track and analyze customer usage patterns and adoption metrics to assess engagement levels and identify opportunities to increase product utilization.
Serve as a product advocate by staying updated on product enhancements, industry trends, and best practices to help customers leverage new features and innovations.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience with experience of infrastructure administration, Quality assurance, Support, Dev Op or Software developer.
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (deployment, configuration, and management) and familiarity with other cloud services like AWS or Google Cloud.
Hands-on experience with hypervisors such as VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, Nutanix, KVM, or other virtualization platforms.
Experience with Citrix Apps and Desktops (formerly XenApp and XenDesktop) and Citrix Hypervisor (formerly XenServer)
Proficiency in Windows, Linux (various distributions), and Mac operating systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and configure across these environments.
Deep understanding of the Windows operating system.
Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, routing, switching, and network security principles.
Understanding of mobile application deployment and support on both iOS and Android platforms.
Knowledge of PowerShell and Python. Other programming languages are considered a plus.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including threat detection, incident response, data protection, encryption, and compliance standards.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to cloud services, virtualization, networking, and cross-platform integrations.
Excellent verbal and written English with ability to write concise documents.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and customer accounts simultaneously.
