Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams using Agile project management methodologies to ensure efficient, timely delivery of customer solutions.
Leverage data to develop key metrics and create compelling narratives that highlight insights, trends, and performance to inform decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive critical escalated matters to resolution in collaboration with cross-functional leaders.
Ability to challenge the status quo using critical thinking skills in order to recommend and influence change and solutions.
Help design processes and workflows that better meet customer expectations.
Provide strategic guidance for complex escalations and customer-facing challenges.

Required

Lead cross-functional teams using Agile project management methodologies to ensure efficient, timely delivery of customer solutions.
Leverage data to develop key metrics and create compelling narratives that highlight insights, trends, and performance to inform decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive critical escalated matters to resolution in collaboration with cross-functional leaders.
Ability to challenge the status quo using critical thinking skills in order to recommend and influence change and solutions.
Help design processes and workflows that better meet customer expectations.
Provide strategic guidance for complex escalations and customer-facing challenges.
Previous experience leading scaled escalation management teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
Demonstrated ability to break complex problems and create actionable execution strategies.
Proven track record of five years in operational and/or program management leadership roles in an agile environment.

Preferred

Prior Life and annuity administration leadership.
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Risk Management, or Insurance.
