Responsibilities
Manage escalated customer issues, track their resolution, and work with relevant departments to ensure timely and satisfactory outcomes for customers.
Gather, analyze and interpret customer feedback from various channels (surveys, complaints, support tickets, etc.).
Serve as a voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring their feedback is considered in resolutions.
Partner with internal teams to develop solutions that address recurring issues and trends to enhance the customer experience.
Propose and implement process improvements based on customer feedback and data insights to enhance overall customer experience and operational efficiency.

Required
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to gather and interpret data to generate actionable insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
Ability to think critically and solve problems with customer experience as a driver.
Two years of experience in customer advocacy or related customer-facing roles.
Preferred
Experience with life and annuity administration and workflow knowledge.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Risk Management.
