Responsibilities
Educate, assist, and delight our customers with exceptional service.
Quickly troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries via email (90%) and phone (10%).
Deliver a white-glove approach to large church customers, ensuring their success.
Work collaboratively with teammates to provide seamless support.
Become an expert in our products and services across all brands.

Required
3+ years in Customer Service, Support, or Retail roles.
Proficient with tools like Zendesk, Trello, Zoom, Slack, and Google Drive.
A distraction-free home office with a stable internet connection.
Involvement in your local faith community and comfort engaging with faith leaders and counselors (Christian and Catholic).
Preferred
A passion for strengthening families and reducing divorce rates.
A natural problem solver who thrives on finding elegant solutions.
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
