Responsibilities
Make incoming calls in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
Make outbound calls as needed to help ensure timely receipt of leads by independent agent.
Ability to effectively handle high call volume on a regular basis.
Build effective relationship with customer, independent agencies and co-workers.
Ability and openness to take on new duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Required
Must have more than 100+ inbound / outbound calls and no gaps in employment
Remote call center experience
Must have home environment that is effective for full time remote work. No noise, free from distractions and appropriate internet and Wi-Fi speed
excellent computer skills
Friendly telephone voice and demeanor
