Responsibilities
Deep diving with our customers to resolve queries. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
Ideating and building features that’ll help improve our support for customers
Collaborating with our Head of Product, Boris to determine our product roadmap
Working with other engineers to make continuous improvements as they come up, you’ll have full access to the stack in this role
Supporting our customers in all moments of their journey with us, from introduction calls to onboarding set ups - you’ll be the go to person for technical support
Building out a world class technical support function, that people tell their friends about 😉

Required
3+ years experience as an engineer using Python
Experience in a customer facing role
Ability to thrive in early stage startup environments
Passionate about the mission and products of Vital
Comfortable working in a remote-first company
Preferred
Experience with API based products
Worked in healthcare previously
Knowledge of other coding languages
Experience with low code tools
