Responsibilities
Keep platform software issues synced with internal issues.
Validate Jira/data (collect logs, get replication procedure, etc.).
Replicate & Triage Issues, provide feedback.
Minor tools edits/improvements.
Use the Continuous Integration system (Python edits and database queries).
Keep stakeholders informed.
Coordinate between teams.
Potential to support certification testing on-site (US, Europe, Asia).
