Responsibilities
Develops, prepares, and presents analyses using BI, SAS, MicroStrategy, and Excel to support strategic initiatives
Works with the marketing team to develop scalable processes for campaign management and performance tracking
Assists in gathering and aggregating Marketing KPIs, revenue attribution, and spend, using scorecards and dashboards to track performance
Partners with IT Data, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, statistics, or computer science
5+ years of experience in reporting and data analysis
5+ years of experience story telling with data, reporting and data visualization experience using software like Tableau or similar BI tool
Experience working in a Sales and/or Marketing Operations team
Advanced analytical skills including Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
Expert in Business Intelligence software (PowerBI)
Expert in Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent data mining skills
Member of or attending an evangelical Christian church
Preferred
Salesforce reporting knowledge preferred
