Responsibilities
Manage customer inventories and generate orders through data analysis and operation of Order Management, Vendor Managed Inventory, or Co-Managed Inventory systems.
Assist external business customers in planning and managing promotions and product rollovers.
Develop a thorough understanding of customer processes, objectives, and expectations, as well as internal business functions, to align supply chain processes internally and externally.
Provide support to key customers, including Field Sales, Customer Order Associates, Customer Replenishment Specialists, Business Planning, Deployment, Distribution Analysis, Distribution Operations, Transportation teams, Product Supply, Customer Strategies, and team leaders.

Required
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
1-2 years of experience managing customer inventory and order fulfillment.
Ability to clearly and precisely communicate orally and in writing to individuals and groups.
Demonstrated ability to adapt and support the organization during times of change.
Ability to assess business situations strategically and build strong, sustainable business relationships across various levels within the organization and with key customers.
Proficient in conducting strategic business and data analyses, providing data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Competent in using laptops and technological tools, including Microsoft Excel and other PC-based applications (Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred
Familiarity with order fulfillment systems, such as SAP, Data Alliance, or True Commerce, is highly desirable.
