Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain PowerBI dashboards for member engagement metrics and marketing performance
Create automated reporting solutions that scale across multiple customer segments
Develop intuitive visualizations that effectively communicate insights to various stakeholders
Own dashboard access, permissions, and governance
Ensure data accuracy and reliability across all reports
Train team members on dashboard usage and interpretation
Track and analyze member behavior across all engagement channels (email, SMS, social)
Develop cohort analyses to understand member behavior patterns
Create predictive models for member engagement and churn
Monitor key performance metrics including:
Member activation and retention rates
Campaign effectiveness and ROI
Channel performance
Customer journey analytics
Engagement funnel metrics
Partner with marketing teams to define and track KPIs
Create regular reports for various stakeholders (Executive, Marketing, CS teams)
Develop custom analyses for specific business questions
Present findings and recommendations to leadership
Support data-driven decision making across departments
Ensure data quality and consistency across all platforms
Manage integration between various data sources (Braze, CRM, etc.)
Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve reporting issues
Document data sources and reporting methodologies
Maintain data dictionary and metric definitions

Required
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
3-5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related field
Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms
Understanding of statistical analysis and testing methodologies
Strong SQL skills
Advanced PowerBI experience including:
DAX formulas and data modeling
Custom visualizations
Report and dashboard development
Data source connections
Preferred
Healthcare or B2B2B2C analytics experience
Experience with Python or R for data analysis
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Braze, email platforms)
Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data regulations
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills for presenting data to non-technical audiences
