Responsibilities
Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to achieve adoption, retention & growth goals.
Develop a strong understanding of the Customer Journey and plan initiatives to enhance it, focusing on scale and digital.
Create and implement digital-first engagement methods like playbooks, emails, surveys, and in-app messaging, iterating based on user feedback.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI.
Manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to enhance the customer journey.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Understand customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform strategy.
Establish a testing and experimentation framework to enhance campaign performance and customer experience.

Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, customer success or related field.
5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or related field.
Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation.
Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
Experience with HTML and CSS for email design.
