Responsibilities

Ensure consistent delivery of products from Diageo warehouses to Distributors.
Establish and improve business relationships with key State, Commercial, and Finance team contacts.
Lead new product startups, replacements, and discontinuations.
Proactively address issues that might impact project timelines, product launch, and order entry.
Act as a subject matter authority for day-to-day activities within Customer Operations.
Maintain the Order to Cash Mailbox and process requests within service level agreements.
Prioritize and handle a high volume of requests based on business needs.
Collaborate with Distributor partners and cross-functional teams for new SKU details and pricing submissions.
Monitor data accuracy and key performance indicators related to service, cost, cash, and quality.
Drive continuous improvements in Customer Operations processes and metrics.
Ensure timely flow of products from Diageo to Distributors and adherence to order guidelines.
Handle exceptions and represent Innovation Customer Operations in cross-functional meetings.
Provide insights into collaboration opportunities with Distributors and execute key business processes.

Required

3+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Innovation experience within the Beverage alcohol industry or a fast-paced CPG company.
Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related fields.
Experience in order management systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office Applications.
Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal and external customers across various levels of the organization.
Established capability to influence others.
Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and handle customer expectations.
Confirmed analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
