Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day leadership and management of full-scale end-to-end revenue cycle management.
Oversee multiple Customer Partner associates and other staff to carry out key objectives.
Assist in the relationship management of key client counterparts including continued commission of revenue cycle performance.
Support internal efforts to improve KLAS and NPS scores and related activities.
Partner with Service Delivery to deliver to client executives highlighting pertinent updates relating to client needs.
Contribute to R1 strategy development as customer expert sharing best practices, optimizing performance and leading the transformation.
Drive client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and value.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional R1 RCM services.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in healthcare revenue cycle management.
Collaborate with the sales team to support new business development and client onboarding.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required
Minimum of 5 years of Operational experience with at least three years in Revenue Cycle and 2 years of Management experience.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
