Responsibilities
Coaching and supervising a team of Sportsbook Optimization analysts
Executing and driving improvement in strategy for customer profiling and segmentation
Detecting coordinated trading patterns
Offering behavioral insights
Awareness of pricing dynamics
Identification of in-play strategies
Conducting 1-2-1s with direct reports
Ensuring KPIs and team strategic objectives are being met at an individual level

Required
Considerable experience in the trading function of a top tier sportsbook, preferably in a customer profiling role
Previous experience of onboarding team members and continual development plans and upskilling of the team
Experience in leading the team discussions and working closely with senior managers/directors when required
Conduct 1-2-1s with direct reports, ensuring KPIs and team strategic objectives are being met at an individual level
Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, back office customer management tools, Amplitude and Tableau
Preferred
Snowflake proficiency
