Responsibilities
Solid understanding of Salesforce functionalities such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning.
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration tools such as Process Builder, Flow Builder, Reports & Dashboards, and Lightning App Builder.
Strong experience with business process mapping and requirements gathering techniques.
Familiarity with Salesforce automation (e.g., Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flow) and data management best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both business users and technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions.
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) or the ability to earn certifications within a reasonable timeframe.
2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).

Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, or experience with SQL or SOQL queries for advanced reporting.
Strong understanding of change management processes and ensuring user adoption in large organizations.
