Responsibilities

Client Communication: Interacting with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide information about our eco-friendly travel services, and offer assistance with booking arrangements
Issue Resolution: Resolving client concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions
Booking Assistance: Assisting clients with booking flights, accommodations, tours, and activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to sustainability criteria
Travel Support: Providing guidance and support to clients throughout their travel experience, including offering recommendations, coordinating logistics, and addressing any emergencies or disruptions
Feedback Management: Soliciting feedback from clients about their travel experiences, actively listening to their suggestions or concerns, and implementing improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Documentation: Maintaining detailed and organized records of client interactions, bookings, payments, and resolutions using our internal systems and software
Continuous Learning: Staying informed about eco-friendly travel practices, destination information, and industry trends to provide up-to-date and accurate assistance to clients
