Responsibilities
Conduct virtual meetings with potential clients to understand their financial goals and needs
Present life insurance products and tailor recommendations based on clients’ needs assessments
Build and maintain a client base through referrals, networking, and outreach
Achieve sales targets and maintain high performance standards
Provide clients with detailed information about life insurance options, benefits, and premiums
Help clients understand how life insurance can fit into their broader financial planning goals
Address any questions or concerns regarding coverage and policy details
Work with leads generated through the company's marketing efforts, including direct mail, phone calls, and referrals
Conduct follow-up calls and meetings to close sales and convert prospects into clients
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and applications for life insurance policies
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Maintain client records and ensure policies are processed correctly
Provide after-sale service, assisting clients with policy changes or claims as necessary
Build lasting relationships to encourage referrals and future sales

Required
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
Strong Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly and persuasively, both in person and virtually
Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet sales targets and take initiative in generating leads and closing sales
Problem-Solving: Ability to assess clients' needs and recommend the most appropriate solutions
License Requirements: Depending on the state, you may be required to obtain a state life insurance license (AIL provides support for licensing)
Preferred
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is preferred but not required
