Responsibilities

Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Sunday with a primary focus of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM (shifts in Arizona time).
Available to work at least one weekend day per week. Priority will be given when providing availability on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and/or Saturday.
Working holidays is required to provide support for Customers year-round. On said holidays, scheduling outside your availability to meet business needs may be required.
Our paid, comprehensive, two-week education program is fast paced and builds upon your existing skill set to prepare you to independently serve U-Haul Customers.
Education includes Instructor-led class discussion, role-play, games, simulations, videos, and e-learning modules through U-Haul University.
Engage with customers in a friendly, approachable manner.
Support a positive environment for customer interactions.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer tailored solutions.
Anticipate customer needs and offer proactive service.
Show empathy and understanding when assisting with customer concerns.
Maintain composure in challenging situations, providing thoughtful and helpful solutions.
Navigate multiple software applications and systems with speed and accuracy.
Employ quick problem-solving skills to provide efficient solutions.
Possess a normal typing speed, ensuring accurate data entry.
Strong spelling and grammar skills for professional written communication.
All work duties, including initial education, must be performed at your home address in a private, quiet work area.
Dependent and child-care arrangements must be made as if you were working in-person in an office environment.
The use of a personal home computer is required and meets the technical requirements.
Manager approval is required if you need to change your designated computer.

Computer Specifications: Windows 11 required.
16GB (Minimum) of RAM/memory or higher (Recommended: 32GB).
Processor must have CPU benchmark score of 6,000 (Minimum) or higher (Recommended: 10,000).
SSD internal storage with 5GB (Minimum) free space.
Additional Hardware: Webcam (external or built in).
USB headset (wired).
Internet Speeds: Ping under 100.
