At least 1 year Customer Service experience in roles such as Customer Service Agent, Customer Service Representative or Technical Support
Knowledge of platforms and multi-channel support (call, online chat and email)
Proficient in verbal and written English
Have good internet access
Communication skills, active listening and troubleshooting
Preferred
Preferably with experience working with electronic products
