Processing case entries and escalations
Following up with clients as needed
Monitoring the support box

The ability to take on a task from inception to completion with minimal direct supervision

A quick and enthusiastic learner
Excellent internal and external communication skills via phone, email, and direct message
Time management and the skill to successfully manage multiple tasks/projects concurrently
Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities
Ability to use available tools to report potential bugs, propose product enhancements, etc.
