Responsibilities
Researching and recommending vacation destinations to clients
Planning and arranging tour packages, excursions, and activities
Preparing quotes and reviewing them with clients to facilitate bookings
Crafting engaging social media posts and creative fliers
Participating in various marketing activities
Booking online domestic and international travel packages, including cruises, hotels, flights, cars, activities, and event tickets
Creating detailed itineraries and invoices for clients
Following up with clients to ensure they are well-prepared for their travel events
