Responsibilities
Providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through phone-based and electronic interactions.
Handling inbound and outbound calls/emails/tickets to address customer inquiries around sales, returns, and resolving order issues.
Processing orders, preparing estimates, and recommending suitable products or services to meet customer needs.

Required
Customer focus and empathy; excellent customer relationship skills via phone & email
Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
Computer literacy and multi-tasking required; will work in multiple databases to track orders, process payments and review inventory
Ability to quickly problem solve, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

Education: Associate (Required)
Experience: Call Center Customer Service Management: 1 year (Required)
Experience: Retail sales: 1 year (Required)

Knowledge of and/or interest in gardening and organic products is very helpful
