Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering questions and resolving concerns via phone, email, or live chat.
Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, returns, exchanges, and shipping details, ensuring a smooth and timely resolution.
Effectively handle customer complaints, issues, or service inquiries and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and processes to provide accurate information to customers.
Accurately input and maintain customer information in the company database and ensure all records are up-to-date.
Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Shipping, and Technical Support to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Gather customer feedback to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

Microsoft Office SuiteCustomer Management SoftwarePatience

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a technical or product-based industry
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude
Patience, empathy, and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers
Attention to detail and accuracy
