Assist participants who received a communication and have questions and want to enroll in the study.
Place outbound follow-up calls to assist participants with completing study surveys.

Required
2 years in a high-volume call center customer service role, both inbound and outbound call experience
Basic computer proficiency (basic trouble shooting and navigation)
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Basic alpha number data entry skills with attention to accuracy and quality
Effective organizational skills and ability to prioritize a fluctuating workload
Can demonstrate through prior experience the ability to manage multiple software systems – documentation can be done in more than one system.
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
1 year Virtual call-center experience
Spanish as a spoken language
