Responsibilities
Providing Product Information: Offering detailed information about the brand and products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions.
Handling Inquiries: Responding to customer questions via phone, email, or SMS.
Resolving Issues: Addressing complaints or concerns, processing returns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Support: Assisting with product recommendations and purchases to help customers find the right beauty products and helping with customer subscription management.
Technical Assistance: Helping customers with issues related to online orders or website navigation.
Educating Customers: Informing customers about new products, promotions, and skincare tips.
Liaising with the warehouse team daily.
Reporting: comfortable at reporting to team metrics and monthly data using Google Slides.

Required
3+ years in a customer service environment bonus if within beauty
Positive attitude
Preferred
Experience with Shopify plus
Experience with Gorgias/Zendesk or similar
Experience working with warehouse teams
