Follow appropriate process for the client program(s)

Required
Customer Service Agent experience is required
Computer, MS Windows 7, 8.1 or 10
High speed Internet access
Cell phone or landline telephone
Open availability for immediate start
Minimum 2 years’ Customer Service experience is required
Strong listening and problem solving skills
Accurate typing and data entry
Experience with windows-based software and internet browsing
Reliable, Consistent
Strong desire to help people
Preferred
High School Diploma preferred
Call center with Inbound / Outbound calling experience is strongly preferred
Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written) is strongly preferred
