Responsibilities
Handle high volume inbound calls from prospective and existing Sellers
Quickly, clearly, and professionally communicate with sellers on a regular basis to understand their questions, providing accurate and timely information and solutions in response
Work cross functionally between our Account Executive and Auction Manager teams to support a seamless seller experience from start to finish
Work in tandem with our Operations Team to ensure all item updates are appropriately communicated and all follow through is taken
Prioritize your time according to the impact of the issue on the Seller’s account and effectively provide solutions to issues or concerns in a timely manner
Identify new and better ways of solving problems that improve our product, our processes, and our Seller experience

Required
1-2 years of professional experience in a customer service or customer experience role
High School Diploma or equivalent
Customer service mindset focusing on client success while operating in a fast-paced, fluid operating environment
Sensitive to issues of urgency and be able to take ownership in escalating customer concerns as needed
Proven front-office experience handling high incoming call and email volume
A customer service guru, passionate, proactive, and adaptable with the ability to work in a startup, fast-paced, and team environment under tight timelines
A strong, and kind communicator with professional direct verbal & written skills
Ability to work cross functionally with different teams and company stakeholders
Highly organized with the ability adapt to changing business needs and ability to manage multiple moving parts
Self-motivated and results-oriented, strategic thinker with an ability to learn, contribute, and are willing to take full ownership over Seller Support
Preferred
Familiarity with MS Office/Google Apps Suites and CRM platforms (i.e Salesforce, Hubspot)
