Responsibilities
Exceed standards of customer service through timely, courteous, and diplomatic handling of customer interactions.
Answer inbound phone calls and communicate effectively with dental and vision professionals and insured members.
Provide website and mobile app navigation support and password resets to customers.
Meet area production standards and Group metrics.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
0-2 years of related experience
Ability to work overtime when required to support business needs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrates initiative when assessing situations.
Proficient use of computer systems and keyboarding skills.
Preferred
Contact center, customer service, dental office and/or insurance experience is highly preferred.
