Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to assist customers.
Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed responses.

Required
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
