Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Process policy changes, and payments.
Facilitate communication between customers and State Farm claims department.
Assist with billing and general account inquiries.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation (Salesforce).
Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for additional coverage or services.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Required
Must possess or be able to obtain necessary licensing as required by the state.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency with computers and CRMs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
State Farm experience preferred.
