Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer support to customers with friendly, professional and welcoming attitude
Handle inbound calls in a timely manner and manage outbound calls as necessary
Research and verify information provided by customers utilizing on-line resources
Follow communication scripts provided while handling various technical topics and issues
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions to customer inquiries
Provide customers with product and service information as needed
Continuously learn and train to maintain and expand your product knowledge and customer service skills
Update job and product knowledge by participating in ongoing educational opportunities

Manage and update customer data by entering and editing customer information

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
