Responsibilities
Provide exemplary customer service to our Property and Casualty insurance policyholders, agents and lenders via in-bound telephone calls and electronic communications.
Interpret verbal and written communication and make appropriate decisions.
Commit to excellent customer service.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
Utilize strong PC knowledge and keyboarding skills.

Preferred
Active Personal Lines P & C agent license
Spanish/Bi-lingual skills
Prior insurance agency experience including customer service and / or P & C insurance license
