Customer Service Representative - Remote (DAY shift)

Responsibilities
Receive and process customer orders via telephone or fax, ensuring prompt and courteous service
Handle an average of 11 calls per hour after the initial training period
Solve routine and complex customer service issues, escalating as necessary
Document customer interactions accurately in the company's system
Assist with additional duties as assigned, including potential cross-training in other departmental roles

Required
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
Proven organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks
Computer proficiency and ability to type 35-40 words per minute
Must have high-speed internet access for remote work
Preferred
Experience with medical terminology is preferred but not required
Previous call center experience or similar customer service background
