Responsibilities
Receive and process customer orders via telephone or fax, ensuring prompt and courteous service
Solve routine and complex customer service issues while documenting activity in the system
Answer incoming customer service orders efficiently and accurately
Exhibit active listening skills and provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers
Perform additional duties as assigned and adhere to the established work schedule

Required
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills and solid communication abilities (verbal, written, and listening)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency in computer usage, with the ability to type 35-40 words per minute
Flexible and adaptable to change, with good organizational skills
Preferred
Medical terminology or experience is preferred but not required
Experience in a call center environment or similar customer service role
