Responsibilities
Managing inbound calls in a timely manner, following call center scripts when handling different topics.
Researching participant accounts.
Addressing basic questions or issues.
Providing an accurate and efficient response, keeping accurate records of all conversations and meeting contractual qualitative and quantitative targets.
Performs tasks associated with call handling to include basic plan and participant file research and updates.

Required
At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience minimum working in an office setting taking inbound calls.
Demonstrated typing/keyboard skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers.
Quality and accuracy of tasks.
