Responsibilities
Providing responsive and professional customer service to customers.
Navigating through several programs while on each call, including dual monitors, virtual desktops, and other internal systems.
Maintaining program metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
Passing quality assurance evaluations scored by our training department.
Attending coachings and team meetings.
Performing other duties as assigned.

Required
At least one years' experience in customer service taking inbound calls in a call-center setting.
Strong oral/written communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required.
Ability to navigate through and utilize various computer applications efficiently.
The ability to pick up equipment in our Medina, NY location.
Must be open to our diverse and inclusive culture.
A remote setting that provides the same distraction-free environment as an office.
The completion of an internet speed test, pre-employment assessment, reference/background screening, and drug screening.
