Responsibilities
Responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls educating and answering questions regarding the customer's warranty.
Anticipate customer needs by evolving self-service options while providing world-class customer service.
Navigate customer interactions and manage customer conflict in a fast-paced call center environment.

Required
High School diploma required
3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
Passionate and goal-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Agile in a fast-paced environment
Plays well with others
Works well in a time crunch
Fantastic problem solver
Positive emotional resilience
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor’s degree
Experience in the automotive industry
Exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing
