Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Send welcome emails and access credentials to customers.
Build and establish strong relationships with assigned accounts.
Serve as the daily point of contact for customers regarding billing, account setup, status updates, and inquiries.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments (e.g., IT, accounting, sales, technical Support).
Assist with minor access/display troubleshooting issues.
Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM (Salesforce) and other departmental tools.
Generate and customize end-user usage reports regularly for the sales team and partners.
Manage and update splash pages or formularies upon client request.
Develop, update, and review process documents.
Work in tandem with the sales representative to manage account renewals and ensure client satisfaction.
Proactively send renewal notifications and follow up for confirmation.
Communicate customer feedback and issues to appropriate internal departments and assist in creating action plans.
Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to resolve past-due invoices and verify accuracy of contracts/invoices before sending to customers.
Support customers with IP changes and minor troubleshooting.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (e.g., accounting, IT, marketing, technical support, product development).
Participate in internal cross-functional meetings to address customer needs and ensure client satisfaction.

Required
BS/BA Degree or equivalent years of experience
3+ years of experience in a similar role (Client Service, Account Management, Customer Success)
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, process-oriented, and problem-solving abilities
Effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Spanish-speaking proficiency (Required)
Preferred
General understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Experience in Healthcare IT/solutions or familiarity with the Hospital/Healthcare market is desired
