Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Manage large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers with excellent service.
Keep records of all conversations in our call center databases in a comprehensible way.
Assist patients in basic troubleshooting of devices, replacing devices, ordering consumables, and transferring to other departments as needed.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of call center experience
HIPAA Compliant work space
Must have a data speed of at least 35 mbps
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with Google Suite, ability to quickly learn and properly use several systems for documentation and communication
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
Preferred
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) certificate
