Responsibilities

Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
Order Processing: Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring proper documentation and updates to customer accounts.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer issues and complaints, striving for first-contact resolution and escalating when necessary.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Arch Capital Inc.'s products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Record Keeping: Update and maintain customer records, ensuring all interactions and resolutions are logged into the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (sales, technical support, shipping, etc.) to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report any trends or concerns to management to help improve products, services, and processes.
Customer Retention: Provide proactive support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, promoting the company’s value proposition.

Customer service experienceMicrosoft Office SuiteCRM software experience

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent work experience is a plus.
Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or office environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Preferred

Experience with CRM software or customer service platforms is a plus.
