Required
Excellent interpersonal skills, Customer Service Experience a plus.
PC skills; experience with Windows-based computer applications a plus.
Conversationally bilingual (English/Spanish) with good writing/grammar in both languages
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, inspiring confidence while leading customers through the steps to resolve issues via phone and email.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills to deliver high customer satisfaction.
Solid organizational skills.
Ability to work in a structured, team-based environment.
Ability to work within a fast paced and high-volume environment.
Minimum 25+ WPM typing speed
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must complete a satisfactory background check.
