Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers via phone, email, chat and in-person
Handling customer inquiries, complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
Resolving customer issues and ensuring all interactions result in a positive customer experience
Responding to customer questions and requests for information
Troubleshooting any technical or account issues customers may be facing
Escalating unresolved complex issues to the appropriate team/department
Maintaining accurate customer records and notes in CRM systems
Providing product and service information to customers

Required
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Proficiency in using MS Office applications and CRM systems
Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role
High school diploma required
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
