Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for consumer inquiries via Zendesk CRM.
Demonstrate customer-focused communication skills and professionalism across all levels of the organization.
Build and maintain strong relationships that reflect Corsair’s core values.
Seek opportunities to enhance and improve the customer experience continuously.
Clearly communicate and execute Corsair’s Limited Warranty Policy.

Required

High School Graduate
Fluent in English; bilingual capabilities are a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
Ability to type at least 60 words per minute (WPM) with a professional level of keyboard accuracy.
Proficient in time management and prioritization, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Empathetic and skilled at understanding customer concerns.
Calm under pressure and capable of de-escalating tense situations with professionalism and tact.
Enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-oriented mindset.
High attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders.
Weekends required; some holidays may be required.

Preferred

BA/BS preferred, or a combination of education and work experience.
Prior experience in a multichannel customer service role (phone, email, CRM, live chat) preferred.
Familiarity with Oracle, Shopify, Zendesk, and all Microsoft Tools.
