Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for Merchant inquiries
Respond to Merchant inquiries and ensure that the Merchant support SLAs are met
Process all terminal and online platform boarding processes, including follow-up on status as required
Handle merchant maintenance requests
Liaise with MSP Support, to resolve Merchant issues
Manage and maintain operation processes, procedures, product information, updates and application and change request information in online handbook
Develop and maintain daily and monthly spreadsheets
Prepare daily reports and monthly recaps; document where required
Collect, maintain and distribute specific data in the form of Excel Spreadsheets
Co-ordinate meetings and conference calls

Required
A Post-secondary education / bachelor’s degree, preferably with focus on Business, Sales, Marketing or Administration
Experience in Merchant Services Support
3-5 years' experience in a professional environment
An ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A mature, professional, and positive attitude
A superior time management and organizational skills
Both an independent and team player attitude
Proficiency in all office systems: Word, Excel, Power Point
