Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about our products and services.
Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns.
Identify trends or recurring issues to enhance customer experience.
Assist with order processing, account updates, and technical troubleshooting.

Required
