Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
Address customer inquiries related to products, services, orders, billing, troubleshooting, and account management.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues as needed.
Assist customers with product returns, exchanges, and warranty issues, following company policies.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Educate customers on product features, usage, and troubleshooting tips.
Offer solutions or alternatives when customers encounter issues, ensuring they leave the interaction satisfied.
Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Track and update customers on the status of their orders or requests.
Assist with order modifications or cancellations based on customer needs and company policies.
Record customer feedback and report recurring issues or trends to the management team for continuous improvement.
Participate in surveys or follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather insights for service enhancements.
Accurately enter and update customer information in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Ensure customer records are kept current and maintain proper documentation of interactions.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues.
Contribute to team goals and actively participate in training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
Follow company guidelines and procedures for customer service, including maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards.
Stay updated on product or service changes, promotions, or any updates that affect customer interactions.

Cancellations

Required

Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
Experience in a call center, retail, or service industry role is desirable

Preferred

Previous remote customer service experience is a plus
